It is one of Spain's largest producers of olive oil, and is the source of the world's finest saffron. Many of our ceramics are made by hand from the clay of Castilla - La Mancha. This beautiful region has a harsh climate and is sparsely populated, but is nonetheless at the heart of Spanish identity.
