Our imported Jamón Serrano is aged in the mountains of Spain with no nitrates or nitrites. The ham is sliced paper thin at La Tienda and is easy to serve and enjoy.

As is often the case at tapas bars in Spain, the jamón is delicious paired with Manchego, the famous sheep's milk cheese from La Mancha. 

Our Manchego cheese is made in small batches by Villajos in the town of Porzuna. Aged for 4 months, it has a smooth texture and nice sharpness.
