In all, the recipient will receive three shipments:
1. Artisan tetiña crusty rolls from Galicia, a wedge of Ibérico cheese, tiny tender sardinillas, sliced Ibérico chorizo, crisp sesame crackers from Sevilla and a tin of line-caught Bonito del Norte tuna in olive oil.
2. Reserva Manchego cheese, sliced Ibérico ham, banderillas pickled skewers, light and airy Pan de Cristal bread, sweet and tart membrillo quince preserve and olive oil potato chips.
3. Acorn-fed sliced lomo Ibérico de Bellota cured pork loin, wedge of smoked Idiazábal cheese, crunchy picos rusticos breadsticks, rich and crunchy Marcona almonds, customer favorite anchovy stuffed olives and wood-fire roasted piquillo pepper slices.
