Castilla - La Mancha is a vast, windswept plateau most famous for its Manchego cheese and the adventures of Don Quijote, which took place there. It is one of Spain's largest producers of olive oil, and is the source of the world's finest saffron. Many of our ceramics are made by hand from the clay of Castilla - La Mancha. This beautiful region has a harsh climate and is sparsely populated, but is nonetheless at the heart of Spanish identity.
