This is a very beautiful plate! I used to have a bit of difficulty and apprehension when flipping my tortilla espanola onto a serving plate. Now, this plate makes it so easy; no more holding my breath!

It is very easy to use the flipper plate for the Spanish tortillas (egg omelettes). I love it a lot. It fits, perfectly, into a 10 1/4 non-stick frying pan for easy flipping. Thanks a billion, La Tienda, for selling those flipper plates.
