Handmade in Valencia, this elegant holder is designed for whole bone-in hams, including Jamón Serrano, Jamón Ibérico or the ultimate, Jamón Ibérico de Bellota. Properly cared for, a whole ham can be stored in this holder at room temperature for several days, or up to two weeks.
Your ham holder is easy to assemble with the included hardware. After use, it can be disassembled for storage. Hand wash with hot soapy water.
