Two of Spain's culinary treasures come together in a perfect marriage! Fire-roasted piquillo peppers are sweet and smoky, shaped perfectly for stuffing. Agromar then prepares a filling of premium Bonito del Norte tuna in a creamy béchamel sauce. The stuffed peppers are then covered in a light tomato sauce with a splash of white wine. Bonito del Norte white tuna has a delicate, rich flavor that makes it among the most prized fish in Spain. Each tuna is line caught one-by-one, a dolphin friendly method that preserves the flavor of the fish.  These small tunas also have very few toxins that you might find in larger tuna.
