This bread was AMAZING!!! Did not know what to expect as I was hoping it would be similar to the original "pan de agua" which I used to eat in Puerto Rico as a child, and it was!! It arrived packed and frozen and my daughter in law put it in the freezer. When we needed at least some bread to make Cubanos, and there was no place to get it, this delicious "Pan de Cristal" not only saved the day, but it was the perfect bread for the Cubanos we made from our left-over Christmas "Pernil." AMAZING!!! So Glad I purchased it!!!

I have a problem eating whole bread dough. When you advertized "Cristal Bread", I decided to try it. Love it! It is light, but making a sandwich for lunch and tosting it, it is delicious! Thank you for introducing this product. Wish I could make it, but I have no idea how to make bread!
