Chorizo is Spain's famous pork sausage, seasoned with garlic and Pimentón de La Vera paprika, which adds a aromatic smoky flavor. Redondo Iglesias chorizo is fully dry cured and ready to serve as a tapa or add to your next charcuterie board. It can also be sliced and added to your favorite recipe.


Redondo Iglesias is a family owned producer from the mountain village of Utiel, near Valencia. They age these chorizos in Canada following a Spanish recipe, under the close supervision of the Redondo family.
