First, we feature three types of Spain's luxurious acorn-fed Ibérico de Bellota cured meats, including packs of thinly sliced ham and lomo pork loin, plus a whole chorizo sausage.
Ibérico de Bellota refers to special black Ibérico pigs who live a life outdoors, wandering the 'dehesa' oak forests of southwestern Spain. In the fall they feast on plentiful sweet acorns ('bellotas' in Spanish), which impart a deep flavor and rich marbling to the cured meats.
Next, we include three wedges of Manchego cheese from La Mancha. All three Manchegos start with ultra fresh raw milk from the Alvarez estate, and different aging periods create a delicious variety of flavor intensity and aroma.
Finally, you will receive three more artisan ingredients - oakwood fire roasted sweet piquillo peppers, rich and crunchy Marcona almonds and mixed olives in an herbal marinade.
