Basque cheesecake has taken the food world by storm, with its rich creaminess and caramelly toasted top. Each bite has a smooth, light texture and fresh taste that will entice you to eat another forkful.

First baked in the famed food city of San Sebastián, the Basque cheesecake is now a favorite at restaurants around the world. Ours is made by Casa Eceiza, an artisan bakery just down the road in the small town of Lizartza. They bake the crustless cheesecakes at very high temperature to toast the top but leave the center soft and creamy.

This Basque cheesecake is shipped frozen - simply allow it to thaw and you will be enjoying a slice of this spectacular creation. Less sweet and lighter in texture than a typical cheesecake, we know this will become your new favorite.

Casa Ecieza was founded in 1924 and is famous for delicious sugar cookies, ice creams and pastries.
