I’ve long shopped for excellent olive oil, so much so I usually have numerous bottles, one for cooking, one for no heat preparation, one for salads, marinades, etc. This one, Vizcantar, surpasses all others I’ve tried in living memory. It’s aroma alone will convince you. To my taste buds, it is superior. I reordered the largest size Tienda carries this time. My husband agrees with me. He’s been a co participant in my experimentations with olive oil. Highly recommended!

I LOVE this olive oil! It's the only olive oil I will ever buy and has been for several years now. I use it for cooking everything from eggs to fish and I use it as a salad dressing -- it's so good I use it all by itself on my salad -- no vinegar needed! I highly recommend it.
